Any outdoor activity can be dangerous and there is an element of risk, which you will need to accept by participating in this activity. You will need to acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of backcountry adventures is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by the activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work, and that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, and are reasons for my voluntary participation. You need to assume responsibility for your own safety and equipment and acknowledge and agree that you must be both physically and mentally prepared and equipped with the appropriate gear.

Only you can judge you skills relative to the conditions found in the backcountry and any possible risk. You alone decide when, where and how to proceed, or not. You acknowledge that you are aware of the inherent hazards and risks associated with participating in your adventure.

You acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in the adventure. In so doing, you acknowledge that you may be subjecting yourself to dangers and hazards which could result in illness, injury or death.

All Alcohol, non-prescription drugs, and firearms are prohibited on all Dackcountry wilderness adventures, expeditions, and adventures.
